Privacy Policy

Nordmeyer Creative LLC is a brand, web, and marketing studio in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. This policy explains what this website collects, why we collect it, and what happens to it after that. We have written it in plain language, because a privacy policy you cannot read is not much of a promise.
What we collect
Almost everything on this site can be read without telling us anything about yourself. We only receive personal information when you choose to send it.
Contact and inquiry form submissions. When you fill out a form here, we receive what you typed into it. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, business name, and the content of your message.
Framer Analytics. Framer, the platform this site is built and hosted on, measures visits with its own analytics. It records aggregated information such as page views, referring sites, and general region. It sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites, and we see totals and trends rather than profiles of individual people.
Preferences your own browser keeps for you. A few small features remember your choices on your device, such as your light or dark appearance setting and details you already typed into our inquiry form so you do not have to type them twice. That is held in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and reaches us only if you submit the form.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers or anyone assembling a marketing list. This site carries no advertising trackers and no social media pixels.
Why we collect it
We use what you send us to answer your question, prepare a quote or a proposal, and carry out work you have hired us to do. We use the analytics to understand which pages are useful, how people found us, and where the site can be better. That is the whole list.
Who else handles it
A small number of service providers process information on our behalf so this site can work. Each one receives only what it needs to do its part.
Framer. Hosts this website and processes submissions from the standard contact forms.
Google Fonts. The typefaces this site uses are served by Google, so your browser fetches them from Google and Google sees your IP address when it does.
Formspark. Receives submissions from our package inquiry form and passes them to us by email.
Botpoison. Screens that same inquiry form for automated spam before it reaches us.
Shopify. Powers the product pages and checkout in our shop. If you buy something, your order and payment details are handled by Shopify under their own terms.
Google Workspace. Our email runs on it, so anything you send us arrives and is stored there.
Supabase. Stores the logins and report data for our client reports dashboard.
Resend. Sends our client dashboard invitations and sign-in emails.
Suitenote. Runs our client portal, client records, electronic signatures, and invoicing.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it of us. If that ever happens, we will tell you unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies for analytics or advertising. Framer Analytics, which measures visits here, works without cookies.
A few other values live in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie: your light or dark appearance setting, and the answers you give the Nordy helper so the contact form can be filled in for you. Those stay on your device and reach us only if you submit the form.
Because nothing on this site uses cookies to measure or track you, there is no cookie banner.
Client reports dashboard
If you are a client, you can sign in at nordmeyercreative.com/reports to see a monthly report about your own website. Logins are by invitation only. There is no public sign-up. For each login we store:
Your email address, which is how you sign in.
Your password, which our sign-in provider keeps in a protected form that we cannot read. If you sign in with a one-time link instead, we email you that link.
Which client business your login belongs to, so you only ever see your own reports.
Performance data we collect about your own website: health and security scores, search positions, uptime checks, and visitor numbers. Visitor numbers are monthly totals, never information about the individual people who visit your site.
Supabase runs the database and the sign-in service behind the dashboard, and stores it in the United States (Ohio). Invitations and sign-in emails are sent from no-reply@nordmeyercreative.com through Resend, our email delivery service.
While you are signed in, your session is kept in your browser’s session storage and ends when you close the tab. Your browser also keeps a few small preferences in local storage: light or dark mode, whether you have already been offered the tour, and which dashboard notices you have marked as seen. The dashboard sets no tracking cookies of its own.
The demo dashboard at nordmeyercreative.com/reports-demo uses invented data. It contacts no database and stores nothing except your light or dark preference.
Nordy, the small assistant in the corner of this site and the dashboard, runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us or to anyone else.
We keep your login and your reports while your plan, or an included access period, is active. When that plan or period ends, we close your dashboard access; to have your data deleted, write to hello@nordmeyercreative.com.
You can also download a plain text copy of your dashboard data at any time, from My Account in your dashboard. The file is put together in your browser from what the dashboard already shows you, and it leaves out your password.
Our client portal
If you are a client, we use Suitenote to run our client portal and to keep track of our work together. Through it we keep your contact details, the records of your project, the proposals and agreements you sign electronically, files you share with us, and your invoices and payments. You sign in to the portal at portal.nordmeyercreative.com with your own login. We keep these records while we work together and for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons afterward. To ask for a copy or to have anything deleted that we are not required to keep, write to hello@nordmeyercreative.com.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and project correspondence stay in our email and project records while we are working together, and for up to three years afterward so we can pick up where we left off if you come back. Framer’s site analytics are aggregated by Framer and kept on a rolling basis. If you would like something removed sooner, we will remove it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@nordmeyercreative.com and tell us what you would like done. We will confirm within five business days and complete the request within thirty days. You do not need a legal reason, and you do not need to explain yourself.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and the people who run them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be described here rather than quietly folded in.
